Whats the easiest/cheapest way to sound like soundwave?

    A harmonica kinda works if you do it just write, but its kinda f'd up and you can't really understand it, so whats an easier, more common, cheap way to do it?

    Ooh someone is testy, he was just trying to help, no need to get your panties in a bunch.

    Anyways, you can get the monotonous sound with your voice no problem, but yeah something like a fan, or audio device (hell record with a mic and then use your computer to add effects) would be needed for distortion.
