What's the "Agent Meister" on G1 Jazz?

    I finally got around to opening and displaying my G1 reissue Jazz and was wondering what's with the "Agent Meister" reference on the various stickers. I never had Jazz as a kid and have no recollection of what "Meister" refers to. I know his file card lists his function as a spy.
    Is it some kind of inside TF joke or something?

    that happened to me....err in your signature pic. twice. orchestra zelda music, which is fine cuz she wouldn't get it. then it was the transformers animated theme on my itunes library, i had created it for my ringtone.
