Everything else. - double jointed elbows and knees if it doesn’t interfere with transformation scheme- most don’t and ankle tilts .

 

Planet X Vulcan, tweak the transformation of the tail/legs so it doesn’t require so much flexing of plastic.

Fix tlk primes shoulders, make it tab properly and secure (was hoping the tlk sequel would use that mold of prime and improve it)

 

BW TM Rampage. Mount the crab legs on the shell instead of his robot arms.

 

Studio Series Voyager 2007 Megatron. A fantastic figure and the only thing I'd change is having the blaster over the mace. I'm really surprised DNA or Shockwave's Lab hasn't done it yet.

 

MP-12’s (Sideswipe) head sculpt has always bothered me. If it had looked more like Siege Sideswipe, I’d have less of a problem with it.

--POTP Dinobots - upscale each one to the next size class

--Earthrise Optimus Prime - include Roller

--Netflix WFC Siege Megatron - remove splatter paint "battle damage" from pelvis

 

Siege Magnus - replace the black guns with the Magnus Hammer/Forge of Solus Prime
ER Prime - yellow eyes
TR Hot Rod - a little more space between his back panel when pegged and his head so you don't have to choose between the spoiler being locked in right and free head movement
TR Megatron - mold both halves of his cannon in black
Music Label SoundBlaster - reissue with Micro-SD support, add a screen to the door for improved media navigation. (And have it default to an image of Buzzsaw in SOundwave's chest when not in use.)
MP36+ Megatron - reissue without the massive expanses of chrome but otherwise unchanged
NECA 2019 Godzilla - add an atomic blast you can fit in his mouth

Bicep swivels on the Hot Soldiers Soundwave would make him perfect, in my opinion.

 

Seige Prowl-His lower half needs a complete revamp. It makes him look stumpy and disproportionate.
