I think its ok but it doesn't really sound or feel evil... I mean if you forget the voice and listen to the lines he has, he sounds like everything we wished him to be but I feel like there maybe a reason why he doesn't have a completely evil voice.... I bet he will come to terms that he must not harm this planet. (Which I hope not but it could be the cause of why he has such a none evilish voice)
Maybe, the voice will change when he grows!

In all, I think its a meh voice for Unicron and for how they are portraying him as a all mighty evil.
And to be honest not to sound like a G1-er but they should of made it as close to Orson Welles's voice as possible... I mean if the G1 show could do it, so could this show!
I think they were kind of trying but failed in the end.

Ok, now your turn... Tell everyone what you think!

The voice sounded too generic for my standards.

    Psss:

In the G1 show, Unicron's voice didn't sound like Orson Welles either.

G1 Movie is the only time a Orson Welles sounding Unicron happened.

Really? Just to his voice in the episode with Starscream's ghost.

Dude wasn't even trying to be like Orson. Completely different style.

Well, it's certainly a concept to think about. John SOUNDS good, he's got a good voice, but he sounds like a... good viking king and not evil robot satan we expect from Unicron, and that may fall ill with some like it did with you Max but I don't think that will make them turn Unicron into a goody good.

After all, Knockout sounds like a total alright guy... and he smirks like the devil when he's about to rip a dude's head off.

I love his voice. It reminds me of Wormmon from Digimon Adventure 2, except more evil. I like that accent it has to it.

I've been preaching this forever now. the voice they use fro him in Prime sucks. he isn't unicron unless he has a very deep dark voice. Period.

It's OK. Its strong and tough, which is better than weak and squeeky... Ha!

Orson Wells had THE best VO...

This new guy is deep. But not as basefully awesome...

Frank Welker's Megatron is 10 times better, IMO...

    I LOVE Unicron's voice!

Much much better than the G1 voice. He speaks and sounds like a Nordic God and I kept rewatching his scene with Megatorn in the volcano again and again just to hear his mighty awesome voice!

I am so glad this saga gave new life to Unicron. I knew to work this character in any saga is tricky. The TFP Unicron is the closest we'll see to a live action Uni *sigh*.

But still my favorite Unicron moment has to be where he talks with Megatron for the first time in the G1 movie. Forget a kids movie, I thought the conversion between these two here was cinatic gold. As Orson Well always did.

I would have loved to seen such a recreation in Prime or even the live action movies but...
I am a little disappointed in his voice. It did sound a little generic like SKYQUAKE's.
But I am glad to see Unicron put to great use in this saga. I can't wait to see ehere the TFPrime writers take this.

I think he was pretty damn good, sounded Mighty, Kingly and very Shakesperean [no surprise since this is John Noble].

At first I was weirded out by the lack of DEMONIC-sounding voice, but then I came to the conclusion that he is really fucking badass.

What I like about John Noble's Unicron is how kingly and noble he sounds, seems fitting given that he's a GOD. This guy truly strikes me as the Christian God GONE WRONG [exactly because his voice would be fitting for the Chirstian God as well]: He sounds like God on his most "wrathful" moments in the Bible [like the Plagues of the Egypt], now picture God acting like that full-time on everything = We're screwed.
