A movie accurate Jetwing Optimus Prime Leader Class the Fallen, because he also needs to be huge. Deluxe Mirage Human Alliance Mirage with Jerry Wang or Carly. Human Alliance Sideways with Alice (Robot or Human) Leader Class Long Haul Human Alliance Ratchet, because Leader would be too big Human Alliance Wheeljack with Mearing Legends Brains. (Smaller than Human Alliance Humans figures) Legends Wheelie. Moar human alliance. HA Ransack...the Biplane ROTF scout. Fantastic lil guy, would be a great size and finally get a plane for HA HA Sideways. One of my most fav movieverse bots..specially the deluxe mold HA 77 Trans am with the bird on the hood, and autobot logos on the sail panels. The head would most def be topped with the shaker hood I wouldent mind a decent attempt at a HA Cybertronian mode. Like a HA WFC Bumblebee or cliffjumper

Well, IF I was the CEO, I would do about the same as they are now. As the CEO, it would be my job to generate profit. So, in oder to make the best profit, the current formula seems to be working. As a collector, the current formula sucks. But If I was a CEO with a collector's mentality, the company would probably start losing money and I would lose my job. Just sayin'.

Less shitty looking plastic, haha... Maybe not to the level of United stuff & detailed paint jobs, but more metal flake stuff, especially when it comes to deluxe/voyagers that don't rely on strength that much, and especially for greys & whites when applicable that tend to suffer the most from regular casting in terms of visual appeal.
If I was CEO of Hasbro: On the DOTM Design team: 1. Finish Wreckers weaponized and unweaponized on cyberverse, dlx, and HA scale. 2. Assign HA Ironhide, HA Ratchet to the team at the price point of 44.99. 3. Redo HA Sideswipe. 4. HA Mirage and Wheeljack to be listed. 5. The Dreads be made in deluxe class. All 3. 6. Stop all Bumblebee designs. 7. Issue design order for optimus prime trailer into weapon circle, comes with weapons. On classics scene: 1. Start development of scramble city combining system technology. To develop combiners in the future. 2. Start a wave of Victory Designs. Leader class Victory Leo, Star Saber. Scout class Breast Force, Land cross teams. Voyager-deluxe Road Ceasar team. 3. Voyager mold for Seekers
For example, less unpainted gray PVC? Because that is the single most unappealing color/material combination, and also the most common. I would release a few Optimus Primes, but in decos that aren't "slightly different combination of red and blue." Definitely a Nemesis Prime release, at least for the RTS version. I really feel like Hasbro is underestimating the appeal of "Evil Optimus Prime. Possibly with a sword" to the kids. I'd change up the DotM line a bit to be less car-heavy. Maybe throw a Legends-class Thundercracker out there. Weapon booster packs: 5mm peg packs with either Targetmasters or Mechtech weapons. This is a great time for this because almost every single figure has external hardpoints in vehicle mode for additional weapons, even (especially) the ones that don't make much sense. If ever there were a time for weapon packs, Mechtech would be it.
A weaponized roadbuster a new leader prime with dotm remold, unhindered by electronics a new sentinal prime supreme jetfire, as mentioned before which would have parts come off to combine with new leader prime mold, and doesn't have the entire robot hanging off the underside of three plane mode. A refined devastator that would use the legends toys as base ideas turning them into deluxe, voyager,.leader, or supreme figures a new rotf leader megaron. Let dotm megatron, hell, remake all 3 megatron leaders. A real 3rd bike sister, but shrink all 3 to the HA size for good size comparison, and maybe make them able to combine well. A supreme class fallen, HA sized bonecrusher with hollo-driver supreme blackout A HA based deluxe jazz, hftd battle blade bb remold into the 07 version and dotm version with all mods done by savio prime a new 76 camaro bb new rotf twins based on HA's New Leader Ironhide based on the HftD Deluxe figure. I think that's it.. For now, lol.
If I was the CEO, I'd just have the design team make fully painted prototypes of the toys I wanted. That way I'd have every figure I wanted (plus a few extras to sell on eBay at ridiculous prices, 'natch), and I wouldn't run the risk of losing money for the company.
