The first vhs in my family was back in '85.... a tape, 3 episodes of Mr. Ed came with the machine. The remote to the player had a cord... even today that make me smile a little. We didn't buy many VHS tapes.... (I use to call them PRO Tapes)... we recorded off TV.

We got the recorder 3 days before Transformers season 2 started in syndication.

I'm pretty sure the first VHS tape I bought was TF MTMTE (there is a small chance it might have been Star Wars & The Empire Strikes Back)

The first VHS I ever dupped was TFTM. It's funny, I thought I had invented the process. I told my mom my super fantastic idea.... and she wouldn't let me do it.... for fear that the players would melt or something. I had to wait until the family all went a way for the weekend and I was home alone to do it.

First CD was Bubblegum Crisis OST 5 :Moonlight Rambler.
First LP was "Themes from the Movies", awsome compilation (star wars, rocky, the deep, spy who loved me, orcha)
First audio cassette was Story Book and Tape.. The Empire Strikes Back
First 8 Track..... Saturday Night Fever OST
