Toys Before Star Wars, I was massively into Star Wars, then G.I. Joe. My Mom bought me a bunch of the 82 line to go with my Star Wars stuffas they were the same scale. I went Full In on Joes from there after being blown away with their articulation.

Cartoons Before G.I. Joe, Masters of the Universe and Voltron

After Toys Well I was into G1 until the very end, Same with G.I. Joe. So after I would say G2.

    Cartoons After would be TMNT.

Yes the articulation on the Joes was fun. They were very playable for me. Unlike my favorite Transformers. I could get my Joe's wet in water. I remember a friend of mine that was about 2 years or so younger. His dad was I think in the Army. And we went to Sears in 86 to buy the U.S.S Flagg. Man we played with that thing for Hours!

Before G1: Toys were Mego figures, I wore Hulk and Spider-Man out. Cartoon was probably Battle Of The Planets.

After G1: Toys were the Toybiz Marvel figs after they started getting good. Cartoons were Batman, X-Men, and Saber Rider.

Before G1, I was into Lego and Star Wars though I hadn't seen any Star Wars movies or comics.

After G1, it was 92 and the UK comic had just finished which I followed religiously for 5 years. Batman Returns came out that summer and I became a huge Batman fan.

I loved my then new Commodore 64 and the vast range of games. I ventured into other comic book series such as Batman, Marvel Comics Presents, Marvel Uks Overkill, the UK reprints of Archies Ninja Turtles and the short lived UK Generation 2 comic.

He man and Star Wars before. GI joe and Transformers seemed to have hit my toybox at about the same time IIRC. Even after Transformers ended GI Joe was pretty heavy between me and my friends, well into the 90s. Got into TMNT some too but GI Joe was more popular

I loved the He-Man, Voltron, Star Wars, M.A.S.K and G.I.Joe toys and media. I even liked the GoBots toys (most of them, anyway). I also had a strange affinity for the Robo Force toy line (the REAL Maxx Steele). After TFs died down, I jumped on the TMNT cartoon bandwagon, though, I was getting a bit too old to play with toys by that time and had moved more into video games for hands-on playtime. I didn't have a load of toys from these lines as a kid (money was always kind of tight) but I did seem to get my hands on at least one small example from each of these toy lines at one point or another...except Voltron...those were damn pricey...

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
G.I. Joe (but Transformers got my interest right after I got in to G.I. Joe, and thus I stopped before I got really in to it)

    After:
    Thundercats
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Power Rangers (after suffering from non-combining robots for 8 years on TV, this filled the void and the rest is history)

For me, it was Star Wars. I still remember making paper lightsabers with duct tape handles.

Typo. New adventures of He-man. It was a 90’s reimagining of the cartoon with none of the magic that made the original series special, but I still watched it.

Before: Starvengers/Getter Robo. It still might be my number 1, gives Transformers a run for its money to me. Thats if we are talking about shows. After, I got into everything anime.

Toy wise, Star wars, Transformers, He-Man all came out around the same time. Mostly video gaming after. In college I briefly collected........*ahem*..burned my money on Spawn figures. Then got back into Transformers, Gundam, SOC, Getter Robo, and Hot Toys

I can't really remember a before being born in 1982. I think I had a he man figure or two before I discovered transformers though. During would've been Joe's, Dino riders and MASK. Then got into ninja turtles after that... Down here in those days it took a while for things to arrive after stateside release so we could've been like a year behind on toys/cartoons at the time

    Prior:
    - Toys: Star Wars stuff of all kinds
    - Cartoons: Probably Scooby-Doo, Spider-Man & his Amazing Friends, and constant repackaged Looney Tunes & Tom and Jerry.

    Subsequently:
    - Toys: not much else really, I kinda 'outgrew' toys, then later picked TF back up as a collector. I guess you could count video games and computers
    - Cartoons: Ghostbusters/TMNT, then Disney Afternoon stuff and WB gems like Tiny Toons/Tazmania/Batman/Animaniacs, ... then Beast Wars,
