    actually, the last thing i ate was breakfast yesterday morning. been too busy to stop and eat.

    i ate 2 healthy bowls of grits, soft scrambled eggs and a cathead biscuit.
    (catheads are named that for their shape- FYI.)

    wish i had taken a couple extra for snacks later.
