    Took the words out of my mouth. Legends Springer isn't rare, and he's in wave 1 of the ROTF Legends. You'll find him anywhere with Legends unless he's already sold out for whatever reason.

    Yeah, if they sell Legends at all, chances are you'll find Springer pretty much anywhere. I saw numerous Springers and other Legends at TRU on launch day...late afternoon, no less.
