    Hi everyone this is the first time I make a thread and sorry is someone post this already, I found this figure at my local wall-mart I think it's a KO, but it was in the store, here is the video and some images:

    That's Deluxe ROTF Soundwave, someone must of swapped Voyager Shockwave with it.

    Toy Swapping is a disease, and must be eradicated, if you see this happening stop it; if you see this on the shelf notify a employee before some kid gets scammed.

    Why don't the staff call security and have these people thrown out once word got out people were being banned for it it might slow down a bit.
