There was so much of the movie that got cut but I'm most curious about the symbol they used in the first promo picture. Where was that? Was it for Megatron, Quintessa, Infernocons?

Maybe the "partnership" between Megatron and TFR?

    1) Artist interpretation/style

    2) Another thing part of those fabled 40 minute cuts

I think it was just for promotional purposes. I can't really fault the film for that not being in the film.

This, V is after all the roman numeral for 5.

I think it was pretty clearly just meant to represent a 5 for promotion. Like the 4 logo for aoe

I think it was cut, because it reminds AOE, but TF5 has little common with AOE. So they didn't want to revive our rememberings:(

Roman numeral for 5... Quintessa... I'm headcanonizing that as the emblem for the army of Infernocons Quintessa gave to Megatron.

"Cybertron's newest Knight already has an armor of gold..."

It's pretty obvious who this is referring to, but yeah, Bumble never became any sort of Knight. Probably just promotional drivel.

    Likely so.

The only chance we'll get for some explanation is through concept art on Blu ray. Real shame if you ask me.

I assumed the knight in golden armour was a reference to Hopkins' Odin armour!
