No other property is more closely related to Transformers than GI Joe (1980's), if done correctly a GIJ- TF crossover would be the obvious thing to do if executed properly. Theres too many synergies that I think work, that wouldnt work with any other property. The Bay movies showed that a military element and secret govt agencies work seemlessly in tf lore.

At this point no really. So far Hasbro has a ton of dysfunctional or near dead properties and one major reboot on the TFs coming on the horizon. IMHO they should first put their own house in order and then look how to interweave them together (if at all possible). Each one of them, has to re-establish itself and its fanbase first, repair its lore and the trust to their fans (some of them havent have coverage in media for decades), and then we can talk about cross overs.

Now that Hasbro has acquired the Power Rangers, a Transformers crossover with them is very possible and likely.

I was surprised to see that Hasbro acquired Power Rangers. It's weird because the toys are made by Bandai.

Going through this whole list, I honestly can't see anything I wouldn't want to see Transformers cross over with. Even properties I'm not interested in, like Star Wars or Star Trek, would be a lot cooler if Transformers was added into them.

I really don't see how Transformers would mesh well with Jem.

I put in a vote for:
    Christine
    Silver Hawks
    Exo Squad
    Mighty No. 9

Rom for me. Barber managed to perfectly fit Rom with Transformers in the IDW Comics

Interesting you say this. Being it was announced recently that John Barber will now be Editor in Chief. Which I believe is awesome. As if any, he would be the best fit to make sure things are straight ( as possibly could be with all of us different types in the fandom with so many opinions ) and cohesive in the IDW comics. Especially when it comes to anything Transformers.

As far as other lines being tied into tf universe. I'd say definitely Robotech / Super Dimension Fortress Macross. ...and or Gundam since Macross was inspired by it. Either way , would be the best tech the humanoid carbon based life could possibly have against hostile Cybertronian / Autonomous Robotic Organisms.

GoBots - Been done already, to some extent.
G.I. Joe - Frequently shares a universe with Transformers anyway.
Action Force - This is originally just G.I. Joe rebranded for international audiences, but it could easily be reimagined so that G.I. Joe is specifically the American arm.
Action Man - Because of the brand's relation to Action Force.
MASK - Have the MASK technology be derived from Cybertronian tech, and a precursor to Headmaster tech.
Diaclone - Make it a sister organization to MASK. Make them both subgroups of Action Force and/or G.I. Joe
Jem - Already part of the same Sunbow universe as TF and Joe. Could easily work with a Human Alliance/Headmaster twist on the original.
ZOIDS - Robotic alien life seems like a natural fit.
Starriors - Because it's basically ZOIDS.
ROBOTIX - Not ZOIDS but works for the same reasons.
Battle Beasts - Already done in the Headmasters anime.
Power Rangers - It has a similar boxy robot aesthetic. Hasbro owns it now. The Rangers could occasionally work alongside the Joe/MASK/Diaclone humans.
EDIT: And Kimber Benton as a Ranger would be a fun twist! :D

The above should be somewhat feasible due to being owned by Hasbro or Takara Tomy. These are less likely, but seem to work tonally or thematically:
    Centurions
    Bionic Six
    The BOTS Master
    Silver Hawks
Ben 10: Alien Force/Ultimate Alien (how cool would a Cybertronian in the Omnitrix be?)
    Generator Rex
    Captain Power
    Spiral Zone
    Red Photon Zillion
Judge Dredd (because he can cross over with anything anyway)
    Galaxy Rangers
Dinosaucers - maybe not directly, but should fit well with Battle Beasts/Beastformers.
Tiger Sharks - great opportunity for aquatic TFs to actually get some use.
Knight Rider - Michael Knight and KITT as a prototype for MASK? Eventual Headmasters?
Battlestar Galactica - as a prequel to Knight Rider. Cylon tech + Cybertronian tech = KITT

Lets give him credit after we see how he handles things. Its Hasbro (i.e. their shot callers) that I dont trust to put things into the right direction, not their employees.

I don't have any grand ideas for a crossover, but I love the similarities between transformers and Steven universe's gem aliens

-Inorganic aliens fighting a centuries long war amongst eachother
-Overwhelmingly mono gendered save some outliers
    -Innate shapeshifting abilities
-can combine with others to form bigger more powerful beings
    -cool as fuck

Also titanfall. Imagine how cool it would be for a pilot to drop a titan onto a deception?
