I know that there are several collector's out there that collect the various Gundam stuff, but what else? I myself am a big Machine Robo fan (both vintage and the newer stuff), but I've got into the whole Sentai Ranger stuff. Though I've been mulling over the idea of adding this new JPN Megazord to my collection:

    http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN939038

I know someone else brought this item up awhile back, but now that he's been released in Japan has anyone bought him yet? Space is precious - so is money...two of the main reasons I'm still sitting on the fence over this large robot.

I'm guessing we won't see him on U.S. shores for quite some time though...hmm, what to do?

If anyone has any reviews of this toy please post them in this thread.

I've got about 30 Zoids in my collection. As well as about that many Gundams (although they're packed away in my closet at the moment). I've also got some Web Divers, Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad, Gaogaigar bots and Evas. I also have about 20 Micromen, but they're all from the Micro Action series, so no mainline ones there. I'm hoping to get that 1/18th Scopedog with Chirico Cuvie when it comes out this month. That, or a MP King Exkaiser or Genesic Gaogaigar.

Dai Bouken is pretty good, I've heard. And it's probably the most posable Sentai Robo ever lol. I'd buy it if I collected those.

I used to have a whole shelf of Bionicle set up, but I needed more TF space so they were sent packing. The only non-TF on display in my room is a Voltron.

I'm probably going to wait until it hits the US...we know it will so I'm OK with being patient on this Sentai 'bot :)

As for what non TF-robots I collect:

GoDaiKin (Many of them are from early sentai series!)
    Non-Godaikin sentai robots
Power Rangers (Just the DX robots)
    Zoids
    Micronauts
    Microman (new & vintage)
Machine Robo (I haven't yet succumbed to Mugenbine :)  )
    Shogun Warriors
    Zoids
    Ultraman
    Soul of Chogokin
    Gundam
    Jumbo Machinder
    Brave
    Macross

Yeah...pretty much if it's a kick ass looking 'bot....I want it :lol

I don't really have room or money for much else, but I've got about as complete a Big O collection as I know is possible. Also got 11 Zoids, though I'd like to get rid of most of them, and 2 SD Gundams. I've been tempted to get a few other things (select gundams, one or two Brave figures) but I'm rarely wowed enough by something affordable to get it.

I'm not an expect on Sentai/Power Rangers, but IIRC western versions of such toys are usually more 'cost effective' so there may be some changes.

Currently, my collection includes a whole bunch of assorted mecha, including Dynarobo from Dynaman, Superhuman Samurai Synchro and the Moribitto 02.

I've also got a complete set of the original Braves and CM's Genesic Gaogaigar. Just want Gaofighgar to complete the collection.

Aside from TF's, I have 1 1/60 Sword Strike 2 Red Astrays (one has a red-bronze paint job) and a Blue Astray( red paint job), I also have a PG Strike in a box that I don't have time to start.

Several finished Gundam Models are laying in a bin, as I have no where to display them.

I also have some Lego Mechas I made, if those count.

    ~X

Edit: Forgot, I also have Hulk Buster Iron Man, and Mecha Hulk displayed.

I used to have a nice collection of Gundam figures (mostly Gundam Wing) but I lost most of their parts and traded/gave away the rest when I moved.

Only non-TF robot in my collecion as of late is a ML Sentinal and a ML chase Doombot.

I have this odd little robot toy set my parents got me from a catalogue years ago. It looks like a mini-Cybertron and opens up, "grows" taller, and unfolds to reveal guns, commuication arrays, etc. inside. It also comes with several tiny robots. I know I have lots more unusual non-TF robots, but my mind is drawing a blank currently.

I've got a few Zoids, including a Liger Zero X. :rock  I've also got a couple of Banpresto Macross Valkyries, and a ML Sentinel. I've also got one Gobot.

I'm proud to say that I've been Gundam free, since 1975. ;)

My non-TFs consist of all vintage 80s stuff: about a dozen Go-Bots, their base, a handful of Rock Lords, and a lion Voltron. None are included in my count below...

Nothing really besides TFs. (I can't even say I "collect" Transformers...I just buy them, play with them and keep most of them in plastic tubs.)

I have some Gundams (a couple of pla kits, a few SDs, some PVCs). And the first non TF bot I am going to spend serious money is the Scopedog which is comig out in 10 days or so. But I don't think I will get any more of those doggies.

Right, let me see.. I currently have at least a dozen Zoids out on display (not including my Blox Zoids - not sure how many of them i have), as well as 10 Machine Robo Mugenbine sets in boxes. Heck, I've even got a King Exkaiser, but not the Masterpiece version.. yet! :D

Other than that, I still have a fair few TFs all over the place - hence why my room looks like someone's chucked a grenade in it!! :lol :
