I should know this, but unfortunately, I don't. What story elements make up the new "Movie-verse"? I know there is a prequel novel to the first movie, and a prequel novel to the second movie, and a couple of comic series, but what is the order in which all of these take place?

ROTF Destiny: Defiance (most part)
Movie 1 Prequel comic (first part on Cybertron)
ROTF Destiny: Defiance (final part)
Movie 1 Prequel Novel Ghosts Of Yesterday
Movie 1 Prequel comic
Movie 1/Novelization/Comic Adaption
Reign Of Starscream
ROTF Destiny: Alliance (first part in Mission City)
ROTF Prequel Novel The Veiled Threat
ROTF Destiny: Alliance
ROTF/Novelization/Comic Adaption

Some of these works contain contradictional information. Just so you know.

basicly its anything that has a direct tie into either TF 2007 or ROTF and in the future TF3 the list ^ is excellent go with it

 

There's also Titan's UK Transformers comic BUT:

a) Most of the run concentrates on an alternate movie-verse where the Decepticons won the Battle of Mission City

b) The proper 'in-universe' strips (in the first half dozen or so issues) manage to completely contradict the Movie 1 Prequel Comic, which was serialised in the very same issues!

Digilaut's list is the same as the one I go by. Not bad going for off the top of one's head.

 

This one is pretty easy to miss when trying to collect the movie-related comics:

Also some of the earlier Titan comics in the movie-verse is collected in the TPB: Saga of the allspark (they are not very good though)
