What Makes The Difference Between A 3rd Party Figure and K.O?

    I was thinking about getting MP-10V from KuBianBao. This figure is supposedly a K.O even though it is amazing quality, as something considered 3rd party i've seen with worse quality. What makes the difference between 3rd Party and K.O?
