I was looking the BTS section looking at prices. Some of them shock me like Sent Prime is cheap (whom I feel is an excellent figure albeit hard to transform) but Movie 1 Megatron is just an OK figure at best it goes for top dollar.
So how does the fandom come up with prices and what makes one figure worth a mint and another worthless?

    Ebay:
sentinel is only a year and a half old, he'll go up sometime. megatron is arguably the best version of the character. no dotm mold, always changes his body every movie. and the rotf one has the gimp arm.

what makes one figure cheap and another expensive is the auction trends on ebay and the like

I would guess a series of things that varies for each figure...

Word of mouth RE figure quality... Supply & demand... Nostalgia for the character...
