I read a synopsis of the film Antichrist. Don't go looking for it, unless you want to feel physically sick.
there was a black widow on my porch, I tried to spray it down with the hose but she made a run for it. horrible thing
Never even heard of it. But now I have to check it out. I think the real anti-christ would have most of the world's adoration and not really appear as some guy with horns and a pitchfork (i.e. not come off as a super evil villain). He would be like an Alexander the Great or Julius Caesar. The Living Colour song "Cult of Personality" comes to my mind. And to me, that's more scary. Germany was head over heels for Hitler at first. He appeared as a knight in shining armor to save the country from their troubles. And he actually did at first. The adoration for him then turned to fear when he amassed the power needed to carry out his fascist totalitarian agenda. I imagine it will go something like that on an even bigger scale. That is, if you even believe there will be one.
That's the basis of the Antichrist. In fact, his name literally means "False Messiah" and he will fool the world by making it believe that he is the real Jesus Christ and will deceive it with his magic to make it appear like miracles of God. Only the true believers of God will recognize him though and won't follow him and will see him in his true image as the one-eyed deceiver until the second coming of Jesus and the Mahdi and kill him ending his satanic reign.
I was just sitting on my bed studying and all of a sudden a goddamn spider just fell off my neck and now I'm terrified.
I was leaving the mall and I saw a gathering around a car. I was curious and saw what's going on, and it's a case of a little girl locked inside the car with the keys inside as well. How it happened I don't know but I couldn't ignore it since her mother and brother were trying to get her out and they were panicking and was trying to think of a way to help. The girl was 2.5 years old and couldn't comprehend much, but I noticed the car keys design was the same as my car and so I lent it to the mother to see if she could guide her daughter to use the key in her hand and unlock the doors. It didn't work and the girl either kept pressing the wrong buttons or her fingers weren't strong enough to push them. Since that didn't work we tried to think of something to make her open the locks manually but again, she didn't didn't understand what we were going and I thought of using a picture of the door handle and try to point out which part she needs to unlock, but that didn't work either. It past 15 to half an hour and we saw that she was sweating and I started to really get concerned about it and close to panicking and dreaded the idea of the girl running out of air and loses it while I stand there helpless. We went as far as forcing the door open from the outside with our own hands but these modern cars don't open that easily. Luckily the police and Emergency department managed to show up before it was too late for her and they managed to save her. But it still a scary situation.
