I'm happy to see Breakaway is getting some love, after all the hate that figure got when the images first came out.

I'm waiting to see what the repaint is going to look like cause you know it's going to happen.

 

Sideswipe. I bought him out of pier pressure, but he is my new favorite.

 

Just got Chromia and she's a lot better than I thought she would be. She's got a weird transformation, but I like that.

 

I absolutely love Breakaway. The articulation is excellent, very few loose parts when in bot mode, and alt mode is fairly solid as well! My wife even commented this morning that she couldn't even tell it was a transformer in jet-mode.

 

Is he even out yet?

 

Breakaway-i knew id like him, but after getting him in hand, i gotta say he is undoubtedly one of the best of the line-esp his little stabby-hug gimmick ^_^ shall make for some fun comic moments

i swear, im gonna troop build this guy. gonna get like 2 of him, 2 of the darker plastic version, and 2 of the inevitable repaint. and if i get bored, havent bought any Transformers in a while, and see him there, guess what im gonna buy!


actually, i may only buy repaints and the darker plastic ones in bulk-the original shall be unique and rule over all as their air commander!!!! mwahahahahahahahaha!!!!! ... i know, im losin it. *hugs Breakaway for comfort* oww!!

 

Demolisher and Skids. I can't believe I like Skids, but he is a cool car and robot.

 

Another vote for Breakaway. Awesome mold.

 

I really like the new Starscream a lot, but I gotta say Depthcharge.

I love the little guy. His oversized hand and legs give him a gorilla-ish appearance that just makes me grin. Starscream is always almost #1, but then I look at DC and start playing with him again. Easily one of the best TF designs in years. They really put some thought into the scout line.

 

how good is the sideswipe and soundwave deluxe? those are the main ones i want

Rampage...killer crab Constructicon, looks great in BOTH modes...a little bit of an homage to Beast Wars Rampage(at least I like to think so)....and a unique weapon... overall, a huuuuge surprise that I almost passed on

I think my pose for Demolishor/Legends Prime together makes it one of my favorite TF's during this haul! That scene in the trailers/movie with Prime jumping onto Demolishor has stuck with me as one of the most valiant shots of Prime thus far. I have included a picture here. They are on my breakfast bar counter because they have yet to make it to my display cases. I will eventually give Legends Prime a shinier, prettier (less gray-tastic) paint job to have him further stand out.

agreed, his bot mode is almost dead on to the CGI model. as for his truck mode they even got the red fade into orange/yellow paint with blue flames just like the real truck. the only thing i would have added was the blue LED's that on the front bumper as tiny little bumps. oh and as for him being hard to change, once you do it a few times it is really easy. the hardest thing is turning the arms into the cab nose and getting the cab windows to line up. I have got his transformation down to 5 minutes max  .
