Do you have a figure from the ROTF line that you ended up liking more then you thought you would?

For me, my surprise favorite is Deluxe Wheelie. I love this little guy.
From the way he compresses into a little super deformed truck, to his expressive Wall-E eyes. (Yeah, I siad it.)

His goofy little head design is awesome. Because of it, you can really give him a lot of character while posing. He can look like he's sad and cowering, or look like an evil and menacing little gremlin.

Though, obviously, if you are an avid hater of the movie style and toys, then this little guy will probably be one of your least favorites.
Also his transformation can be a bit daunting the first few times, but then that is usually the case with most movie toys. Like many of them, I've found it just takes a few times of transforming it before you get the hang of how it works.

So that's mine, what is your surprise favorite?

Great question.. It's funny how sometimes the ones you don't expect to like as much end up being surprise favorites.

Scout Class - By far Ransack.. I thought it would be knock-out, but that one is a distant second thanks to the pop-panels and loose joints on mine. Anxiously awaiting Dune Runner.

Deluxe - Skids.. I thought he would be good, but I was surprised he would run away with the title. Breakaway also a lot better then expected, but the engineering didn't impress me nearly as much.

Voyager - Starscream so far.. although the Fallen was a bit of surprise, better than expected. Anxiously awaiting Mixmaster

Leader - Optimus of course.. I nearly tossed him into the wall the first time transforming but you just can't deny the marvel of engineering he is.

Leader Megatron. I get it just for the sack of having a movie Megatron and I have to buy him as well to buy Prime in a set. He's surprisingly good and fun to play with!

Scout=Depthcharge The detail in boat mode are great, and the big hands and stature make him look larger than he is!

    Deluxe=Sideswipe (I'm a sucker for anything Corvette)

Leader=WILL BE Prime. I have no interest in the others and rarely buy Primes. But as mentioned before the accuracy and engineering are nearly flawless! Plus I have a moderate interest in L. Jetfire for the sheer size of the Blackbird mode and they can combine a bit!:thumbs2:

I've only picked up a few (Preview BB, Ransack, and Depthcharge) and by far, Ransack is fantastic. I bought him because HE'S A FRICKIN' BIPLANE, but he is a solid figure with tons of detail and its got a fairly complex transformation (I didn't expect the bible of an instruction sheet when I unfolded it).

Ransack really takes the cake for me ^_^

I'll have to go with Ransack and Skids as having exceded my expectations. All my other figures have met my expectations, except Sideswipe who failed.

Legends - Megatron. Best Megs alt mode for the movie line so far.
Scouts - Ransack and Dead End are tied as my favorites. Ransack for his complexity and DE for character.
Deluxes - Sideswipe. May not be the best Transformer, but the head design is killer.
Voyagers - I've seen almost all of them, but until I get Megatron, the Fallen is my favorite. Menacing and super-posable. Starscream is so much better than the first one that he's an easy #2 for me (right now).
    Leader - Prime for the win. I just don't like Megatron's lop-sidedness.

I only have Ransack and Breakaway right now, but they've both exceeded my expectations.

I haven't been able to put Breakaway down since I opened him, and Ransack was a hell of a lot more complicated than I was expecting.

Only Scouts and Deluxes so far.

Scouts - Ransack. Love the general aesthetic. Looks like he would have been designed in the 1920s.

Deluxe - Really liking Sideways and Sideswipe, but Skids is the one that surprises me.

Devastator. Oh my god. The £100 tag made me hate it but I'm willing to wait for a reduction. I like the vacume gimmic. I want a review. If you think about it anyway, from the trailer, the constructions combine in vehicle mode (kind of obvious) so it doesn't matter too much
