i think mine is when prime spits out his metal tooth it seems and as if he is getting ready for another round. 

 

megatron rising from the depths, mirroring what he does at the end of arrival from cybertron, the beginning of g1, gave me the chills watching that, same feeling i had in the cinema listening to prime do his cube speech at the start of the first movie



after that... megatron ripping off starscream's arm and beating him with it.

I love a lot of scenes ,like :

-Optimus fighting with Starscream,Megatron and Blackout. what a guy.  

-Sideways driving,transforming into robot mode, jumping through building, making a flip and transforming back into car. awesome !!!

-Fallen teleporting and 30 soldiers hit the floor

-Demolishor scene ( I wonder how long will that scene last because it's BIG )

-Devastator scene

-Constructicons under the sea bringing Megatron back to life

 

ya i like the jetfire scene alot as well.....he's gonna be a pretty cool character i think.

I think I am going to have to say Sideways crashing through the building AND the quick shot of the Femme-cycles. I think the way they move right there is really cool. And they are shooting at Sideways, which is always fun.

Prime leaping onto the face of the Constructicon in the Superbowl trailer gave me goosebumps. I must have watched it 20 times in one sitting.
