Looks like Overcast from TF1's toy line. Given that it's from a totally different line this is either: a) Package test shot using whatever Hasbro had lying around -or- b) A seller with absolutely no shame EDIT: Forgot to add - 'b)' is more likely.
One thing that bothers me: this guy's been on eBay for 6 years, and has a pretty high, 100% feedback rating. As a seller myself, I can't imagine being so stupid and reckless with my good, long-established reputation for the sake of a few quick dollars, especially in a climate where sellers can receive negative feedback but not leave it. Since it's probably not from Hasbro's end (wouldn't we be seeing them everywhere if that were the case?), I'm guessing that someone else purchased Starscream, shoved Overcast in the box and brought him back to the store for a refund. The clueless store employees put "Starscream" back on the shelf, where our eBay man in question found him. I guess that's where the former part of the "Idiot/Scumbag" hybrid comes into play. And that $300 asking price that he absolutely will not get?... That's where the latter comes in.
is he on crack or not...he said it still sealed and i asked if its been taped again lol....and look for fingerprints...i wonder what the instructions are in the box... i dont think he repackaged im leaning towards idiot...or just naive.
I wrote to the guy suggesting he take the listing down before he gets in trouble/banned/tarnishes his 100% rating. He took it down and said he was just going to return it and get his money back
