    Could be the best thing that ever happen to Hasbro otherwise all the copyrights and patents would be sold or acquired by another company.

    Well sadly some of the supposed "fans" of Transformers would rejoice. :mad

    No, they wouldn't.

    They just go to Takara. And Takara-Tomy (since they merged years ago) would be the sole owners of TFs.

    Because TFs are a JOINTLY OWNED IP between Hasbro and Takara.

    Considering all there cost cutting measures, and the selling of smaller low quality figures for higher prices, I wouldn't be surprised if they would only go bust if everyone. Just got sick of the quality and just stopped purchasing their stuff
