It ain’t lazy, No disrespect to anyone but I don’t really have the time or desire To look through the entire profile page of everyone I reply to

In fact I find that kind of behavior sometimes a bit rude but hey if that’s your type of thing all the power to ya

Why bother picking on it at all?
I don’t go around asking everyone what their name or sex is on the street I don’t see the need to do it online particularly when it’s such a short comment to make

Maybe if it was a more in-depth conversation that required it to gain an understanding of the other individual but with what was being stated here it seems like it’s over intrusive

Depends on the universe; in TFP when Bulkhead transformed, Miko ended up in his chest compartment, while in some Transformers comics (such as the IDW Bumblebee "prequel" comic) the human gets forcibly crushed to death by the robot's inner mechanisms.
In Rescue Bots, everyone has a cockpit that remains rideable in robot mode, so it's safe.

I'm pretty sure some TFs have the ability to kick the human out before they transform, or when they transform.

It was Skywarp actually, coloured in blue. No idea why he was blue, my guess is the blue had something to do with his altmode's colour.

It also takes less than five seconds to type he/she. What's the problem?

All of the Diaclone Car/Robots-based Transformers are designed to accommodate drivers in both modes. That includes Dinobots and Insecticons. Personally, I'd extend that to the fiction.

(Side note: Dinobots need their cockpits back.)

In RID01, Sideburn transformed with Koji inside him; the kid went flying and landed face-first on the ground.

Among other examples listed, TFP Optimus Prime transforms when Fowler is inside him and the guy is put safely in Prime's hands, albeit nauseous from the sudden motion. Clearly not too difficult for a robot to simply move the human out safely.

Interestingly, TFP Knock Out didn't transform when his car mode got lodged in a ditch whilst he had a human occupant, forced to sit still and wait until Optimus pranced over, ripped his door off and pulled the kid out. Makes sense he probably can't manage it, since a Decepticon wouldn't think about appropriately accomodating humans and thus doesn't have the experience to properly eject them (and lord forbid Knock Out risk getting organic stuff on his paint) whereas the Autobots do that daily.

Pragmatically, I doubt even the more vicious or unhinged robots would dare use their transformation to kill a human, since all that gore mashed up in their insides must be uncomfortable or even potentially dangerous. Best to just read the manual on Removing Human from Step 4.
