what happened to Optimus although we saw his arm what do you think his condition is? I seriously have no idea and i want to know right now i can't wait till Spring WHY YOU MAKE US WAIT SO LONG
Seriously wounded, in stasis, dead, missing an arm yet escaped, replaced himself with Nemesis Prime. It's up in the air for the moment. Season 3, when it comes, will reveal to us his fate.
There's been a lot of speculation around here. Some people think he's dead, some think he lost an arm... You can read up on it a little more in season finale discussion thread. (Personally, I think he's passed out under a rock short one arm somewhere. )
He's fine in Rescue Bots, so it's pretty obvious to me. Is every season of Prime going to end with Optimus 'dying'?
I doubt he's dead. This is the same series that made us think Bulkhead would die a billion times but had him alive and well at most a 3 eps later. And the same franchise that hasn't permanently killed a single Optimus Prime in a TV series except at the end of BM (if you count Primal). And to me the scene where he was about to do something with his sword kind of implied there's some hidden explanation to this.
The Last Option. I really don't know...and frankly shouldn't until Season 3 comes. That's the point of it.
I imagine he's alive. I can't see Prime dying offscreen - it'd need to be more "dramatic" like his death in TF:TM or even RotF. His actual condition is up in the air though. I think it'd be neat if they hold back on revealing his fate for a few episodes. It'd make his return more dramatic.
he metophorically died i season 1 finale he lost his optimusness (new word lol) and became orion pax but his optimusness was revived with the key to vector sigma. he's probably alive but maybe the decepticons captured him so he can watch the autobots and humans he fought beside and protected parish before he did. torture 101 but thats just my opinion

I believe he cut his servo off, no one actually saw him destroy the control panel they cut away and to the nemesis firing. I believe he cut his arm within seconds and escaped. because first of all no one was there to pass the matrix too. so no I do not believe he will die yet anyway. I can see him maybe like in the middle of season 4 passing the matrix to what's his name the smokescreen or in the end of the show but not yet
