    maybe it is cybertrons (primus) core (heart) that like another member mentioned above radiates energy that brings life to other transformers

    When a Transformer dies his or her spark joins the Allspark which the way I think it is the creator Primus and they share their knowledge with the rest of the sparks creating the Allspark

    The Allspark was basically a powerful artifact that served as a reason to bring the Transformers to Earth in the first movie. But now that it's presumably destroyed, i wonder how the Cybertronian race is going to survive in the long-run? Or is it indeed doomed to a slow death? Hopefully the sequel will go into this, the future of the Cybertronian race.

    he waits for the planets to mature and BAM
    time do chow down

    i like the idea, a nod to the ultra-energon storyline in IDW

    But that wouldn't make sense since in the movie universe, both Autobots and Decepticons have been searching for the Allspark ever since Prime launched it thousands, if not, millions of years ago.

    If Unicron had 'seeded' many planets, they would have found another Allspark much sooner.

    They probably study it. Bumblebee know how to handle it and transform it in a little cube. Frenzy didn't seem to know

    it works if you assume they never encountered any other lifeforms during their search. and assuming allsparks would create different life on different planets
    leading into.....
    ANOTHER ALLSPARK ON EARTH
    that unicron comes for

    that's the only way i can see unicron being worked into this without being a failfest like galactus was in the fantastic four sequel
