What ever happened to the scenes with the old VW beetle on set with the evasion prime truck. Also leadfoots car was seen being filmed at one point and also the black dread suvs. What happened to them all and how many scenes do you think have been cut from the final film? Lets make a list. of all AOE scenes or things we know of that got taken out for what ever reason.

Yeah I wish we could of seen it. Hopefully we get an extended dvd/bluray or at least a deleted scenes section on them showing all the deleted scenes we know were filmed. Especially the small Chevy racer who was filmed to be an autobot but cut in the movie.

So as far as I know which was filmed or at least going to be but cut was these and im sure more.

After seeing the film, it looks to me like 2 scenes were cut-down but not eliminated.

The Optimus chase when he's got Cade at the beginning seems to have been shortened and Bumblebee cut out so he could be introduced later.

The capture scene for Leadfoot seems to have been nearly eliminated, with only the few seconds of footage left on the camcorder. The scene of Leadfoot's vehicle mode and the Dreads and such was probably all part of something similar to Ratchet's demise, and they cut it because it was redundant.

 

The dreads were seen being filmed with Galvatron and stinger. They had a much larger part then just to be killed off like Leadfoot.

 

There was a fight scene filmed on Garden Road / Admiralty in Hong Kong that is completely missing from the movie. It involved a HK double decker bus and unknown Transformers (would have been rendered in later) and lots of explosions.

 

So that leads up to this many so far.

What's this Dinobot opening scene?

 

Was stated awhile back during production of the movie that the opening scene would involve the Dinobots. Something was cut along the lines during the filming or after.

 

are you sure they weren't talking about the opening scene involving dinosaurs, not dinobots?

anyways, i doubt there will be an extended version of this movie.. wouldn't we have heard about it by now?.. or is it too early? this movie definitely deserves an extended cut considering there's CG in the trailers that wasn't in the film.

maybe they'll release a longer cut of the movie in a few months or something.. it's not unprecedented.. but a longer cut strictly for the dvd release is for transformers. they had the extended imax version exclusive to walmart, but that was still shown in theaters.

oh well, i'd love to have seen how this movie turned out if they weren't limited to time. i loved this movie.. more of it would just make it that much better, especially considering the stuff that we know was filmed.

 

I'm certain that's referring to how the opening has dinosaurs.

Cutting scenes form Transformers movies isn't exactly new. I mean, Skids and Mudflap from DOTM? At least none of these things awkwardly show up in the background.

 

I'll take a lead from the latest ragin nation video that reminded me of:

*The white camaro seen with bumblebee at the KSI set
*The Lambo twins, Aston Martin and Ferrari seen with Galvatron in the China filming.

 

Dread SUV is in the film for two seconds, blink and you'll miss it.

the McLaren and the Aston martin were in the movie for two/three seconds when the human made decepticons arrive at hong kong

What scene? Also what happened to all the footage they did shoot with them if they are only in a quick 1 or 2 second blink of an eye?

My biggest thing I REALLY want to see is the Chevy Sonic TF that was cut! Also the Dinobot scene in the beginning I'm talking about was talked about and they said "Dinobots" and not "dinosaurs".
