The number 32 would correspond to row AF in Excel

Now, that gives you CBAF, which is the call letters for a group of radio stations in Canada. Those radio stations can be found at the frequencies 105.7, 91.7, 91.5, 100.3, 90.3, 102.3. Put the stations in order from lowest to highest: 90.3, 91.5, 91.7, 100.3, 102.3 and 105.7. Then, substitute the numbers for letters, ignoring the zeroes: I C I A E I A G A C A B C A E G

Rearrange those letters and you get I BAG A ICE, I CAGE A CIA. This is a coded message. The "ICE" refers to Canada (the location of the radio stations) and "CIA" refers to the CIA, of course. But who is this "I" who has Canada in the bag and has caged the CIA? If you think about it a little, the answer should be obvious...but it's a truth that no one in the Swiss government wants you to know.
