All deleted scenes. Present in the trailer but not in the main film.
Also, if there's a scene where Hound, Crosshairs & Drift really transformed should be included too. Darn ILM hehehe
I mean there's still time to render that by ILM and add it to the Blu-Ray release hence "Director's Cut" but it'll take more than 3 hours like 3hrs 20mins overall (combined with deleted scenes and newly added scenes).

I would love to see them take the time to do something like this... they need to take a page out of the Pixar book...

Grimlock spluttering after breathing fire or collapsing under the weight of Optimus and making a classic one-liner about it would be hysterical for starters.

    :lol

Heck, I don't care even if they're just calling each other names like with Drift and Bumblebee, lol just more interactions between the bots, goofing about, or the dinobots talking to each other after they've been set free by prime, or Hound telling a story then cue flashback scene.

Deleted robot scenes, never before seen concept art, discussion over thr non returning Autobots and as much ILM model spins of the robots as they can give us.

It be nice to see Grimlock and the others in their robot and beast forms.

i honestly don't see them throwing in any deleted scenes involving transformers.. and i certainly don't see them going back in and creating any extras for it.

i REALLY hope i'm wrong.. i guess i'm just pessimistic.

also.. it seems like whenever bay does a commentary, it's more about shooting the film than anything that's actually going on with it story wise.. so, maybe we'll get a writers commentary again.

my favorite parts of these dvd's is usually the featurettes on the new characters/vehicles they used.. their origins.. why they are the way they are.. why they look the way they do.. i also like seeing ILM creating them.

the transformers movies have been pretty good with their special features.. the dark knight however was very bad.. they barely showed anything having to do with heath ledger.. that was pretty lame.

The only extras I ever watch on a BR/DVD are deleted scenes, so I'd like to see those if any exist. No interest in commentary, making-of features or anything else.

I'd like to see deleted scenes, commentary from Bay and Ehren, and maybe some other little bonuses.

I'd like to see an alternate scene of the "How to Train your Dinobot" moment. The final cut was too short. I was hoping for that sequence from the trailer where Optimus roars during Grimlock's charge before he prime-slaps him.

I'm hoping that in the deleted scenes we at least get a few seconds of footage from the scene where Crosshairs and the dinobots defended the bridge. 15 seconds of the Dinobots and Crosshairs kicking the crap out of the vehicons would have be awesome

there is a brief over head shot where you see Grimlock destroying a con with his mace and then go back to guarding the bridge, but yeah I agree would of liked to see a little more of that bridge scene

There's a few scenes that got cut that I really want to see. Heck, make it a director's cut and make it over 3hrs long. :lol

A commentary and CGI models of all of the characters (still disappointed we haven't got any).
