I won't be watching it but it might be woth a few laughs to see the Autobots and Decepticons fighting over childish things and intead of a battle to the death Megatron get's a time out or something.

Although maybe they'll make it suprisingly dark. Who knows?

 

I can't even put it together in my head what it will be like, its an undiscovered country.

I accidently put Robot Heros. The series is actually called Rescue bots. COuld someone change it?
It is wierd to imagine a franchise full of violence, especially recently with the movies, now going towards the kid-friendly side.
Imagine the dialouge.

Bumblebee: Give me back the energon Megatron!
Megatron: No! It's mine!
Optimus: Now Megatron your being selfish and mean. Can't you just share the energon?
Megatron: Aw, your right Optimus. Here Bumblebee have some energon. It feels good to share.
*Bumblebee burps"
Bumblebee: Excuze me.
*Everyone laughs*

Now imagine that with Cullen and Welker. Hilarious!

Yes. How are they going to convert a franchise as violent as Transformers into a show safe for toddlers?

 

Wow um.... I actually forgot about that.

 

Since when is Transformers that violent? Besides, look at Superhero Squad.

 

You did see Prime literally flying down on his flight tech shooting and slashing like a dozen cons, rolling over proceeding to punch Shockwave with spiked knuckles or Ironhide kicking a dread into a store killing him, right?

 

Of course! But they're just robots. And I am somewhat de-sensitized.

 

Simple. Instead of war robots they are now rescue robots. It'll probably be tongue in cheek like Superhero Squad.

 

I've gotten the impression that there are no Decepticons in it, and it's instead going to be Autobots helping out humans with more Earth-based people problems (fires, crime, etc.) rather than Decepticon invasion type problems.

When I was a child, I was always annoyed that the rescue heroes were so badass but had no human antagonanists.

 

i really hope it is like rescue heroes, for what it is it is a very enjoyable cartoon, it just a nice show for kids to watch

 

There are no Decepticons in Rescue Bots. There's no fighting, just helping.

For a show for FUCKING TODDLERS I don't see a problem.

 

Oh, wow. I didn't even know they were making a tv show. I've seen the toys in Walmart (and debated picking some up for my nieces) but I thought that was all it was.

Anyhow, how many of you guys are going to watch it?  

 

i will, i want to see how transformers fiction continues, i've seen almost every series so far, no need to stop now

 

Maybe if I'm bored I'll be channel surfing and find it. If nothing else is on then maybe I'll stick on that channel. Other than that, no.

 

Well, Ill have to see what its like first. Wonder if Cullen will voice Prime, or will they go for a younger more hip voice?
