Also how would you rank him in comparison to other Megatrons?

Pretty much standard and middle of the road for me. Not inherently a bad thing though

Underutilized to be honest. I like what i've seen from him.

He's vicious, ferocious yet gloriously hammy. Marc Thompson is really excellent as him, i think casting the most seasoned VA in the cast as Megatron was the smartest decision in regards to the casting. But I feel Megatron is too underutilized for him to make my top 5 sadly. Hoping season 3 can be his season to finally shine.

Also shout out to Shigeru Chiba who dubs him in Japanese, he fits this version so much better than the Beast Wars version. BW Megatron was really neutered of the grandiose and finesse that David Kaye was able to bring to the role making him more of a joke villain like Sunbow Megatron, doesn't help Chiba's voice is more guttural and he's a really funny dude too, i think what helps Cyberverses Megatron is that Yoshikazu Iwanami doesn't make him as comedic this time, In Megatron Is My Hero, he is played pretty straight and basically plays him like his Raditz in Dragon Ball Z which I think fits Megatron well. Granted a part of me thinks Kiyoyuki Yanada (Armada Megatron) could've also worked really well as this version as he sounds a lot more like Marc Thompson's version, still Chiba's Cyberverse Megatron is quite awesome.

He fuses the best elements of Prime Megatron with the Machinima Megatron.

Pretty generic, one of the least memorable Megatrons, if not THE least memorable.
I can't think of anything that makes him stand out.

I am not a huge fan of this megatron. I was never that keen on his G1 design although i must admit i prefer this tank alt mode.
Cyberverse megatron for me is not big or imposing enough and the voice sounds like a cockney gangster. I would rather watch TFA, TFP or even movie Megs over this one.

    He's a pretty decent Megs.
