    That was my initial thought when I saw it the first time..when you hear Anthony Hopkins talk about planets too it would make sense but we'll see.

    Well,I had several thoughts about that spiky ship.
    My first one would be some red planet like Mars,or even that big planet near which Optimus is floating.Perhaps the gravitation actually awakened him from cold-status.It may even be the place where Quintessons are.
    Does anyone recall the ancient letters which appeared during the filming?They were simillar to ones in Prometheus. They may appear in that spike

    True, the horn does look like one of Unicron's horns. But I am not sure, and it can be just s well part of the Knightship.

    Or it could be the Quints messing with us. :p

    Whatever it is it looks like thats where they find megatron...ijs... I mean that scene is in the desert and Megatron is seeing slamming his ax in the desert as well...or i could be wrong.
