Basically just say what would've like to have seen, be it: a specific colour (or a whole bunch of colours), perhaps more varied voices (like accents?), or perhaps the entire system being entirely different (more similar to sr3?). Just type to your hearts content! I also posted this because I think we've seen all that we're getting, and to bring attention to this video, it could work... maybe?
First and foremost, more parts, brand-new parts, custom made for the multiplayer, WAY more of those than the parts of the characters. Also, parts affecting vehicle mode, that was very possible and not taken advantage of. An idea I had recently is to have the choice of all the voices of all the characters, along with all the voices of the generics. And Daran Norris. I don't even need to mention a color slider...
What I want is most likely impossible but... Keep how the sections are divided up but only have a few generic options. Then have a large variety of shapes that you can add onto the generic parts. You should be able to alter them. Make them longer, wider, etc. Then you should have the ability to colour each section separately. However you should only have to colours the individual shapes you added if your choose to. And of course, there needs to be more colours to choose from. The sections, shapes and colours you choose should effect both modes. And if someone wants to have one mode look perfect at the cost of the other looking ridicules, let them. Also, you should be able to view both modes at the same time so you don't have to constantly switch to the other mode to see how every minor change effects it. For the voices, you should be able to choose from the entire cast and be able to use any voice in any class. I'd also like to make some changes to the classes and maybe add more.
Honestly, I was pretty happy with what we got. My first desire is to just have two (or preferably more) color select options, rather than having to pick pre-paired combinations. It realyl sucked when you could have red or brown but not red and brown, for example. I understand the limitations of having parts show up in alt mode, but something more than just wings and wheels would have been cool. Like a different tailpipe or bumper. The decals seemed largely unnoticable to me, I think they need to be more integrated onto the flat surfaces rather than just lights. I think there's no reason fembot parts could not have been included. Give them extra armor or whatnot if the noraml fembot profile is too small.
a purple/white combination but basically better combinations in general, i find it really hard to pick different ones cause alot of them just suck. a pitch slider on the voices like in soul calibur so they don't all just sound the same. when building your character they should have stuck with it been like wfc's bot/con format rather than just having your bot be the same as your con just with different colours. more parts. less of those lame looking tiny heads... universal heads. ditch the gear shredder. more abilities. pick your melee attack. pick optic colour. make silverbolt look less of a wiener in robot mode ;P
What I'd like to see most: More colors, no predetermined pairs, not limited to either faction. Maybe even more than 2 color choices. I'd also like to see: Let us change silver to something else. 'Generic' heads. Maybe even allow all classes to use whatever head they want. Be able to distort specific parts (i.e. grow, shrink, stretch, squash, etc.). It's already automatically done to an extant with certain combinations (i.e. which Titan tank you pick changes the turret a bit). More parts to alter on the alt mode. It'd be amazing if they were affected by robot parts, but more things like the wheels/turret/wings would suffice. Maybe style of treads and "windows", or being able to add/remove extraneous stuff like car spoilers, or go real crazy and let you choose the number of wheels or wings. More voices. Use the cast from campaign mode, pitch sliders (if possible), maybe even vocoder-type effect slider. Something besides the 3 same-ish generic gruff guy voices.
I would of liked to be able to change the visor/eye colour as well as being able to pick helmet and head.
First off, being able to choose any colours combinations you want instead of pre-sets, also being able to colour individual body parts how you see fit like in the recent Space Marine. Additionaly, being able to customise more parts might work, like fists, the back (main one I'd like) upper arms and legs, waist etc.. Furthermore, a head-builder (even very basic) would be welcome, were you could put in mouthplates, different optics/visors, head-gear (ie Starscream head-vents or crests). Something else would be each character being able to wield a melee weapon of choice like the axe, sword, mace etc for their melee attacks. Another thing I thought about that I'm not sure about is being able to alter your 'Tron lights' to different colours like yellow, orange, blue etc. Another thing, I think an 'attachments' option would be do-able. I could see it as for example being able to attach Prowl's shoulder missiles to a character's shoulders, add additional wings or bolt on Starscream's arm cannons to arms. Also, perhaps there might even be additional armour pieces to different body parts, ie extra torso, leg and arm plating that would bulk your character up/change his appearance noticeably. These would obviously be cosmetic additions only. Obviously in certain cases due to some armour designs some attachements wouldn't be able to be added due to clipping/clashes. One other thing: no parts should have their colours locked out like we saw with the Dinobots..I also thought it was odd that some heads were all chrome like Perceptor or dark like Bombshell, made no sense to me.
Would have been nice to customize heads. Take a generic face and throw on a visor.... or add a mouth plate..... or, add a large crest to the head....etc.... I'm okay with the other parts swapping and the limitations based on the chest used defining the look of the alt mode, but it would have been neat to mix and match weaponry even if it's merely cosmetic. Imagine a jet flying around with a huge tank cannon hangin off it. Too sweet.
