    Most Cybertronians were afraid of organics... And Animated Starscream is afraid of most everything, he's just good at hiding it... as evidence by his "Coward" clone which remember is just a exaggerated version of Starscream's own fears.

    There was the time that Prowl (in human form) used the T-pose (I kid you not) to imtemidate him, but that took place in their minds so I am not sure if that counts. But thought I there was another scene where he show is phobia or disgust of organics. I know in their universe there are many Tranformers who fear organic b/c of some of the aliens they have encountered.

    I belive the Micron Legend Starscream Galaxy Force Starscream have a chance of not geting along and starting a rivarly. A sort of Sonic vs Shadow kind of senario.

    Yeah, the TFA Decepticons were never really afraid of anything but Megatron; fear of Organics was largely confined to the Autobots as a result of Sentinel Prime's misinformation campaign after the disastrous Aracha VII excursion with himself, Optimus and Elita.
