I think the Toyota FJ Cruiser is more fitting, in that color, of Beachcomber.

I think, for very FEW, SELECT characters are deserving of a supercar, or super-exotic. I'd love to see Blurr as the Bugatti Veyron, but I think that is doubtful with Volkswagon owning Bugatti. Hot Rod, as much as I'd like to see him as an American musclecar, to make him more marketable using some high-end mass produced sports car either European or Japanese in origin.

I highly suspect one of Mirage's repaints will likely be Hot Rod/Rodimus.

As to the Dodge Ram alternate mode vehicle, I'd like to see it as Rodimus Prime instead. We have an Optimus Prime already in the form of a Masterpiece/20th Anniversary, but not everyone can afford him. We do need a leader character in the Alternators line, but I think the design of the transformation is more appropriate and fitting of Rodimus Prime.

Now, for actual vehicles in the line I do have some of my own ideas that some may share or even jeer:
Bumblebee & Cliffjumper - Scion xA
    Perceptor & ? - Scion tC
Brawn (X-Brawn) & Beachcomber - Toyota FJ Cruiser
Trailbreaker & Hoist - 2005 Toyota Tacoma Doublecab
Motormaster - Dodge Ram 3500 Crewcab Longbed w/ Shell
Ironhide & Ratchet - Dodge Magnum
    Kup - Chevy SSR
    Megatron - 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe

I think, for the American "car" collector I'd LOVE to see some classic cars released in the Transformers line. Some ol' muscle cars I'd like to see include old '32 Willys and other uniquely shaped vehicles.

Knowing Optimus Prime is coming out later in spring as a Dodge truck; I have a gut feeling about the future of Bumble Bee and/or Cliff Jumper. My gut feeling tells me that we may see them someday in the form of a Chrysler PT Cruser.

I completely agree with older cars as apart of Alternators. For it to happen it would be best as a subline titled "Transformers Alternators CLASSIC"

And as for what Born 2B Alive! said about construction vehicles, meet the new Bobcat!

WHAT?!? A Sunfire? The Sunbird was tolerable, but the Sunfire IS NOT a very good car. My brother bought one brand new and had nothing but problems. If there is any Pontiac models deserving of the Alternators line, it would be the Firebird, GTO, Solstice or the G6. The Sunfire was not even an attractive car.

I am very happy to agree with you, lmao. Besides that, I don't think Neons were ever avliable in Japan.

If the new Lamborghini Muira goes into production, I'd love to see an Alt made of it. Does Chrysler still own Lambo?

That works beautifully, Wrecky. Now let's find a way to send those links to both Hasbro and the folks at Dreamworks.

An alt like that would match the earlier designs for both Bumblebee and Cliffjumper. But does it come with a hardtop?
