i was first introduced to killswitch engage through the end of heartache so naturally i'm a howard jones fan. i went through their backlog and liked jesse leech as well. jesse is back as lead singer and while i like disarm the decent and incarnate i'm always going to like howard jones KSE more. thankfully he's just as good with his other band light the torch. on a side note i got to see howard jones step in on lead vocals for trivium on a live show a couple months back. that was fucking great.

Rainbow Connection: I have Amazon Echo playing bedtime songs for my daughter...and just happened across a song that hit me as a kid... Rainbow Connection from the Muppet Movie...when I first heard it sung by Kermit of course...this time round sung by Tori Kelly....what a beautiful song. I love it. Both renditions by "Kermit" and Tori are so beautiful. A combo to what are you listening to
This is what I'm listening to since the release of Megadeths new record. I love these 2 songs so much.
i gotta say...i'm all for contrasting styles and mixing styles....but i feel his harsh vocals contrast hers a little too much. it's too drastic of a change. i think it could mix well if he was a little toned down. i think if his vocals weren't so death metal i'd like it more. but they've been around awhile now so it's apparently working. i want to like it...i just can't seem to like it.
The contrast between the vocalists has always been one of my favorite things about this band. Been a fan for many many years now.
