Going to bed in like 30-40 minutes... (work tomorrow... yaaaaayy) I REALLY need to watch that series one of these days (only watched the first 2 episodes)...
Worrying about my Dad's right hand. This morning at the restaurant he works at (where I used to) and a few employees preparing for the business day when some guy walked in attempting to rob the place. My dad saw this happening and told the guy to leave. The man was drunk as hell and threatened my dad claiming he could beat him up and attacked my dad. My dad was in the Navy for 6 years, earned a black belt in Karate and is 79 years old. My dad punched once in the face and he dropped like a rock. He broke his nose and when he woke up he begged my dad not to hit him again. Police came and took the drunk guy to jail. He had no weapons. Unfortunately, my dad failed to realize that he struck him with his right hand that had three surgeries on from an accidental injury at home and now his thumb is purple. I'm taking him to his doctor tomorrow morning.
@MetalRyde OUCH MR... I hope he didn't mess up his hand, but he saved the day... good for him. If he's not going to the Dr. till tomorrow.. keep it iced and elevated I would think.... hope it's nothing serious for him.
