It's going to depend heavily on condition.

well they were both misb until the glue gave out. the boxes aren't colour faded at all and have the common shelfwear, i'd say about c7 each.

i been searching ebay for references but incredibly no luck so far

If you didn't find anything on Ebay, you didn't look hard enough.

I'd say your figures would go for $199-$250 each. The boxes aren't near C7. A die hard collector wants a perfect box and will pay much more for one without tears and folds.

A mint figure in a perfect box goes for $300-400. You could get lucky and get $299 for Megatron since he is more rare.

What killed the values is that you can buy a knockoff all day long for $50. Some of the knockoff boxes are indistinguishable from the original.

Plenty of info in sold EBay archives, I would think. These things are bought and sold daily. I used to do a fair amount of it. I would say $350 each. The boxes are not great but having all the accessories mint and on tree (for prime) and unused sticker sheets is a nice value boost for the right buyer.

Seasonality impacts value too as the market expands during holidays as buyer come out of wood work (often wives looking to provide some nostalgia to their husbands). A $200 Megatron bought during May goes for $300 in Nov/Dec...just saying, if you did want to sell...

Why would anyone even want to buy a knockoff of these when you can get a legit reissue?
