is there an alternative that I didn't bother remembering because it's been so long?
The last "war" AU TV series we had was Iron Blooded orphans, which was...2015?! It's been that long?
After that the next TV series was Build Divers which was a Build series
That's a longer than usual title.
Forgot about Build Divers since it's a weird Pseudo gundam thing
but yeah, it's been 6yrs since IBO?!? I thought it was just a couple years ago? ...sheesh
Finally some new Gundam TV. It has really been that long, wow.
Wait, why are they remaking Doan's Island when Tomino hated that episode?
Should we expect this new one to be banned from the US too?

Also I am reading how a realist heo rebuilt the kingdom. They mention a 6 tatami room is 106.7 sq ft. Rokujouma no Shinryakusha the room is number 106. i assume the author did it on purpose. Rokujouma is basically 6 mat space as a direct translation.
Kind of disappointed they skip some stuff in tsukimichi moonlight fantasy, hope they circle back. Part of the thing was he never thought much of himself which was highlighted by his love triangle back home which they totally skipped over. Pretty sure they skipped some stuff in the elf village too, oh well the big fight is next week.
Just finished Waking the Dragons.
The Haga/Yugi duel, which spawned the "draw monster card" meme overshadowed Jonouchi's duel with Rex.
Jonouchi vs Varon was one I kinda remembered as a kid. Varon's deck, with monsters that turn into armor that he wears, was very memorable, so it stuck to my head. Funny thing I remember Jonouchi making a Red Eyes armor to fight Varon, but I thought it's a combination of Red Eyes the Claw of Hermos card, instead it's a ritual monster, Lord of the Red.
The duel with Dartz was really over the top, the guy is an invincible wall that doesn't take damage, heals life every turn, and tops it all off with a monster with infinity attack, so much that Yugi had to resort to Duelist Kingdom logic to beat it...
Also funny how in the end, it's the Egyptian Gods and not the Dragons that put an end to the Orichalcos god.
Watched two episodes of Kanojo Okarishimasu today and the contrivance and coincidences was played too much for my liking. Everything goes into the right pieces at the right time, it feels 'automatic' in how the plot progresses.
The main character is really hard to root for and the episode with the ex girlfriend just makes me wish he had a bit of respect for himself.
The rental girlfriend wasn't bad actually, she was doing her job professionally and even go out of her way to keep his Grandma happy and even defended him.
The ex girlfriend... Is already hate able. I'll see what they do next before judging her.
Eight episodes into Kodocha and I have to say not enjoying the dub as much as I had hoped. The changed dialogue really throws the rhythm off in certain parts. Still going to finish just slightly disappointed.
The smartphone game has an animated opening/ trailer now. New story too.
I’m thinking it has to take place in Cs world, maybe before Lelouch gets reborn. There’s characters from the spin-off mangas, who should be dead, and they’re all fighting Masked monsters whose masks look like the ones from the walls during the Ragnarok Connection.
Looks sweet, though. Even uses that purple and gold Lancelot Albion I have a figure of that never made it into the last movie (but was in that films trailer).
Hopefully we get some stuff about the new show soon

Anybody else watching Re-Main? I'm struggling really hard to get through the final couple of episodes as they air. They've pretty much made the MC unlikeable at this point.
Once he got his memories back and lost the new ones he made he became a complete douche bag. Which apparently was who he was all along. Would have been more interesting if he hadn't lost the new memories of the good person he'd become and then tried to make up for being such a shitty person previously. Also, the fact that his parents basically let him talk to them like they're shit is absurd.
