can we make special color changes on these for ultra magnus colors and nemesis prime ? mostly just changing out the window colors and red lines with their respective colors.

Honestly I don't see the point in these sets. The majority of those details the stickers 'add' are already there on both figures, save for the pink lines on Prime's mouthplate and his wheels (which frankly the toy looks better without both).
One of the points to most anything reprolabels does is to simply provide some additional options. For those who'd like the wheels, for instance, to look more like the concept art/video game, they can order this set. For those, like yourself, who are perfectly content without the set, you can simply pass
