OMG he was one of my top 5 toys in the '80s.... My guess is that "Siege" should be replaced with whatever WFC Part 2 is going to be called, but since only Hasbro knows what that is they are using it as a placeholder

    Well well well...

Is Siege really going on longer than they originally announced? This is great news!

Would this be the first Titan Master in Siege? My other Headmaster trio are waiting their 1987 comrades.

1988 too but let’s complete one set at a time.

Well this Explains the extra wave siege voyager Assortment Southernhobby put up for order and quickly took down along with leader Astrotrain.

    It would.

I thought something Headmasters might be in the offing: Commander Class is, to my mind (other POVs are there) ideal for Scorponok, whose toy was big but smaller than Fort Max. Then Jetfire's Titanmaster compatibility increased what my expectation.

    Now this :)

    Snapdragon and Scorponok too please!

And, despite what it says, I do wonder if this is, possibly like Astrotrain, part of the next line and not Siege.

Yes. Everybody wants Apeface. This must happen. Now make Snapdragon and let the fan service be happy.

Agree on Commander Class for Scorponok. Whatever the size class, it certainly feels like the odds of getting Scorponok just increased.

@Jtprime17 pointed out, over in the WfC speculation thread, that Ultra Magnus is the same case assortment as Astrotrain. So, unless they're carrying a Siege figure over to the next chapter, it looks like Siege may have been extended.

As I said in the Netflix thread, I really foresee WFC (and, within that, Siege) going on for longer than the expected time period. Response is strong, sales seem to be good too and there is clearly a massive investment on both the design and media sides. These might be famous last words, but I get the sense that we’re only at the start of something quite big here.

And maybe someday retailers will start actually keeping the toys in stock!

It would be funny if we get this here instead of in Titans Return.

IIRC John Warden said in Interview that they would return to previous gimmicks in future lines if the character being made warranted it. Bear With, will try to find a link....

Guy's I think we might have one more surprise in store for us. Have a look at Southern hobby's Siege Deluxe assortment listings.

    Wave 1 E3432AS00
Transformers: Generations War for Cybertron Deluxe Class Assorted Case wave 1 - HSBE3432AS00 | Southern Hobby Supply

    Wave 2 E3432AS01
Transformers: War for Cybertron Deluxe wave 2 Assortment - HSBE3432AS01 | Southern Hobby Supply

    Wave 3 E3432AS02
Transformers Product - HSBE3432AS02 | Southern Hobby Supply

    Wave 4 E3432AS03
Transformers Product - HSBE3432AS03 | Southern Hobby Supply

    Wave 5 E3432AS05
Transformers Product - HSBE3432AS05 | Southern Hobby Supply

So it seems there is a deluxe assortment due after Impactor's, Mirage's, and Barricade's wave.
The Deluxe wave 5 assortment also has a December Release like Apeface and Astrotrain. Do we have possibly another unknown figure on the way? It could just be repacks as well.

I’m not just excited about this because I love the character Apeface, but also because of what it presents... The likelihood of us finally getting the rest of the missing characters from ‘87 & the ‘master characters from ‘88 we didn’t get during Titans Return!

As much as I’ve loved Siege for giving us better versions of characters from ‘84-‘86, I wanted more characters like Flywheels & Cog who never got upgrades before. I think ‘at least’ we’ll get Snapdragon, Crosshairs, Sureshot, Pointblank & Scorponok in the next line now, likely with Scorponok as Titan. What a time to be a fan! :rock

Awesome news, going to be a long wait for SDCC now, unless Hasbro start going to even more shows in the interim.

Oh, please let Snapdragon follow in Apeface's wake. Snapdragon was always one of my favourite figures and the only G1 toy I still have left.

Hope this is true, Apeface is one of my favorite all-time figures who truly deserves an update, as does Snapdragon.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that one.
It was odd there were no new Micromasters.
