Soundblaster only appeared as an Earth-mode cassette player, so one would think. =/

LOLWOT? He's very rarely a tape deck...! Look through a collection of Soundwaves, and not including repaints/reissues the vast majority of Soundwave releases are something else - bombers, drones, cars/suvs...and I'm not even sure what the hell this one is meant to be. Whereas Shockwave nails the Battlecruiser look, this looks like a lame fan mode at best.

In fact, giving him a mode that recalls the Cybertron 'triangular' bomber, while still having the G1 bot mode and Lamp-mode, would have been excellent. It'd hit the 'Cybertron' nostalgia like the 'Galaxy Force' Optimus Prime, while the triangular space-bomber shape fits with the 'Tetrajet' theme of existing Cybertronian vehicles.

Yeah, I quite liked the 'lame but awesome' animated alt-mode. And Lazerbeak as a guitar....awesome :D

This is my favourite with the spray-paint art of Laserbeak and Ravage on the side.

So many sci-fi drop ship designs they could have drawn inspiration from, if that's the function they really wanted him to have:

Since I started to get back into Transformers, I started with the Masterpiece line, then re-collecting my original G1 figures. I tried to stray from modern Transformers, but I must say, this Siege line is really winning me over. Thinking of getting the voyager Prime and I'm sure its gonna open the floodgates. I know I'll need Ultra Magnus as well. I'm really hoping we'll see a Siege version of my favorite seeker, Skywarp!

All solid choices. I have Prime and he's a joy to mess with, and looks really good overall. I still need to get Magnus at some point before Wave 2 hits my area same with Shockwave

i like soundwave as an air vehicle the most, but i really want to like the ridiculous 80's van. that just makes him too small for me, though. he needs to be prime-sized.

Which makes the fact that there aren't any video reviews of them yet surprising.

Do you know of any professional Australian or Malaysian reviewers of latest TF figures? I don't. Now if it were Japan, Korea, Taiwan, maybe

I don't pay attention to where ANY reviewer is from....

One could be right next door to me for all I know. ;)
