The Dutch site tfRobots has the Siege Off Road Patrol in stock:

It was reported that a couple of UK sites also had them, past tense, briefly at the start of the week:

Both were showing as out of stock by the time I got to look.

These are I believe the first worldwide sightings for these in stock.

Mr @Nevermore, did anywhere Europe get Micromasters w3 and the Decepticon Sports Car Patrol? It appears Games & Cards got w2 - still has Rescue Patrol - and also got the illusive w2 Battlemasters

 

Not aware of any European sighting of the Sports Car Patrol.
