Got a preowned copy of the game a weeks back, went to install it last night, and now I seem to be getting no further that 15 percent, after 2 hours of waiting.
I've tried installing without the patch, I've deleted the little it makes and started over, and the furthest I've gotten is 15 percent.

The intro plays no problem, it just gives up at the install screen.

Also there seem to be no major scratches on the disc, quite a few scuffs though but, they wouldn't sell it if it was major right?
