That's not entirely true. They plan stuff out in advance, so he would've still been around in part (or in full) during the post-Kingdom planning.

He could easily have taken a run at Metroplex, or at minimum worked with his successor to plan out a second Metroplex, and then put that in the queue.

Just like how the fandom voted for Trypticon to be the next Titan way back when, and then we got Omega and Scorpy within the next few years anyway. We didn't vote Tryps in to existence, we just voted him to the front of the line.

ER Prime is getting repacked, and presumably the incoming Rodimus will have a weapons platform or trailer that would include it.

I also assume the Titan, whoever it is, will also have it. Unless it comes out of left field and is a combiner.

I think The Titan will be the Ark... it makes the most sense. I've been hoping for Metroplex though.

I'm surprised we didn't ever hear anything about a Countdown? I'm not too familiar with him, but he would have fit the Micomasters push? Can't say I'm sad to see the Micromasters go though... I don't think I transformed any of them without an arm or leg popping off the ball tiny peg.

Is that Rodimus art work old? Or did you find it somewhere?

I was thinking it might be PotP concept art too, maybe they originally planned for the leaders to be part of the combining frenzy.
It has the same sort of general look as the Potp design and what I can see of the backpack looks similar too.

Pretty interesting all right. It does remind of of the POTP concept art a while back so this could be just one of those concept art. That being said it'd be cool if Kingdom Rodimus does resemble this or at least have elements of it in the final product.

 

Yes, I believe it was. However, it looks very different from the actual POTP version. Maybe this concept was re-used for Kingdom? The additional armour could now be the Dinosaur skeletal structure. Just me throwing around ideas. Please do not take this seriously guys!

Sorry, I meant the base. Retooling/Redeco of Omega seems like something Hasbro would do.

 

I would be ok if the Commander Class figure who is an Autobot turned out to be Rodimus Prime IF in addition to all legacy features, he was also able to armor up into a cool super robot mode akin to the POTP concept art maybe with some inspiration from Duke Fire Rodimus.

 

That looks a helluva lot better than what was actually released in POTP...

Yea I was thinking thats the case cause the only other option Would be the G1 Horrorcons and Doubledealer cause their the only Beastformers in WFC that exist at the moment. Not sure who they can be repainted into.
