They may have to do another haslab for a scale accurate unicorn if they release those...

    Although...idea...they double as Halloween costumes?

I want mine to be capable of killing adults if it falls on them during transformation, so that might not be a good idea.

Unicron's Planet Mode is reportedly 1,000 km (620 mi) in the Cartoon or 30,000 km in the Marvel Comics.
Earth's Radius is 6,378 kilometers. So, it's either smaller than earth or just less than 5 Times as Large. Meanwhile, Optimus Prime is officially in the G1 Cartoon 6 m tall. Earthrise Prime is approximately 7 Inches (17.78 cm). Using the 1000 km Size, Unicron would be 2,963,333.33 centimeters or 2.96333333 km. To put this into perspective, Epcot is 300 Acres or 1.21406 Square Kilometers. The Burj Khalifa (the World's Tallest Skyscraper) is 2722 Feet (829.6656 Meters) tall to the tip. The Moon has a Diameter of 3,475 km. It is absolutely massive. So, that is utterly impossible.

Still waiting for that Deluxe Terrorsaur reveal. Many say he should be a Voyager. True that he's taller. But looking at this Picture. I think he should be at least one Deluxe head taller.

So, thinking back to the mention by one leaker (I forget which) that originally the SS86 stuff was meant to be in WFC:III and this was only moved to Studio Series relatively late in the day to make way for the BW element, I wondered what it'd look like if you had two Generations lines organised differently.

    Generations:Beast Wars
    Leader:
    Megatron
Voyager: Optimus Primal, Dinobot, Rhinox, Tigatron
Deluxe: Cheetor, Rattrap, Blackarachnia, Airrazor, Scorponok, Waspinator. Terrorsaur, Tarantulas, Shadow Panther

I've tried to stick the prevailing logic in Kingdom, where Polar Claw was bumped for a Voyager scale Tigatron and Shadow Panther was brought in as the Cheetor mold reuse. Likewise I've assumed Terrorsaur would be an Airrazor partial (as leakers have intimated), and that the rumoured Tarantulas could be brought forward from the next line. I suspect that Fossilizers wouldn't exist if it weren't thematically linked to the Weaponiser/Modulator concept. The only bit of complete fantasy I've indulged is having Rattrap as a Deluxe.

When going through the exercise I thought it was interesting that, effectively, you could have released all these toys in two waves.

    Generations: War for Cybertron Pt3
    Titan:
    Ark
    Commander: Rodimus Prime
Leader: Galvatron, Ultra Magnus, Grimlock, Slag
Voyager: Hot Rod, Scourge, Cyclonus, Inferno, Wreck-Gar
Deluxe: Jazz, Warpath, Tracks, Huffer, Pipes, Gears, Swerve, Slammer, Kup, Blurr, Gnaw, + 3 'Equipulators' (tm @Bob Schoonover )

As Gears doesn't need to get bumped for Shadow Panther, this opens the door for Swerve - which, if we assume Slammer remains distinct from this chapter's equipulator gimmick (as he must in Kingdom), would bring us up to the 14 Deluxes that we get per year (not counting the 2 'Package Refreshes')

(Less than courageously, I've skipped 'Core' class because, as it is in Kingdom, I just find it too weird to make any satisfying conclusions on)

Would this have been more or less satisfying? I suppose I might have preferred this as it would feel a bit neater and more thematically coherent with the WFC arc up to this point (I've really liked the BW Kingdom figures, but it's always felt dissonant for them to be in the same line as the likes of Cyclonus and Galvatron). Also, and perhaps I'm being painfully naïve here, but i would really have welcomed an outcome where we got Gears and a Deluxe Rattrap.
(Also, please don't jump in to speak to the veracity of whether this was originally the plan or not. It's just a time passing speculative exercise rather than anything else. Merely a 'what if', if you will)

I quite like this as a thought provoking discussion peace.

Personally I really dig generations starting to pull different generations in together to one consistent universe. Both toy wise and storywise. So I quite like the mash-up, but I can also see the draw in keeping it "clean".

I’m hoping but it seems unlikely.

Had no idea he was going to be core. Yeah rather have a deluxe Gears. I like the idea of seeing the remaining three s1 mini bots in the next line. Do their 86 counterparts as selects or exclusives. And then move on to Powerglide, Beachcomber, Cosmos and Sea Spray the next two waves after that.

@barry in this hypothetical, are the cross line two-packs (e.g. Skywarp and Mirage) more or less rage inducing to people only collecting one of BW or G1?

This would have been better in my opinion, as the beasts would then be able to more fluidly branch out into their own more permanent Generations sub-line with the possibility of getting more figures that way. With everyone stuffed together, it seems too awkward, especially if HasTak still insists on giving each line their own gimmick.

More. Twice as many two-packs, with each two-pack featuring a UT character. These UT characters are all given original molds. Hasblow is explicit in saying that this is the only chance for UT fans to get Generations updates of these characters.

Each figure from 1 line has a counterpart from the other when you combine the boxes you get a secret code that lets you order an Armada figure from pulse...

Where's that blue text button again

I’m not the biggest Beast fan so I’d would be inclined to skip them if they were on their own but Grimlock and Skywarp look cool and my kid loves the Beast Wars characters.

Isn't there a leak rumor that Terrorsaur is based on the Airazor mold?
