An old custom, WFC Airazor was really good out of the box, but something looked a bit off when compared to the cartoon and design preview, so I painted her abs and added the missing sides of her chest with epoxy.

 

What does beast mode look like now? Great job!

It's always felt weird to me that the figure didn't come out like this. It's such a small thing that makes her look so much more cartoon-accurate. The fact that it looks better in peregrine falcon mode too is icing on the cake.

 

Guess they didn't include it to ease the retool into Skywarp, even the mushrom swivel vents on the chest could've been used to insert them as extra parts, hmm... maybe I can 3d print them.

 

Great job. Never realized how much Legacy figs have shrunken down when compared to a basic sized Quickstrike decades ago.

 

Thank you, thats an oversized knockoff Quickstrike, the original is tiny, it can't reach blackarachnias shoulder.

 

ooh, I have no sculpting ability of my own but I'd gladly pay for some files to let me 3D print these addons

 

Just finished the model, I'll update after the 1st test, guess these could be used for Nightbird customs and the upcoming Bluebolt too.

 

And done! the kit includes 2 pairs, the second slightly bigger than the one on the pics : WFC Airazor chest

 

The original mod is so well done and integrated that it is hard to notice. WELL DONE. ABOVE AND BEYOND.
