I received this figure from Show.Z store back in October and well now anytime I pick the figure up the feet/heels come loose. Even when I try to put them back in place while holding it they just fall down.

I've never even transformed him, he's literally been in robot mode since I got him. This really sucks because everything else about him is perfect and works well.

The Takara one does it too if it's loosened up. Design flaw. This is the worst case I have personally seen, though.

maybe you could put some floor polish in the joint to tighten it up

Yep, floor polish, or the super glue trick.

I actually bought some of that Pledge Floor Gloss yesterday and tried applying with a needle applicator. Its been around 12 hours and while tt's helped a little bit, they still will slip off. There is no real good way to apply this on those feet joints. Should I just drown the feet in them and just remove the excess with a towel? I need deep penetration here lol.

Just keep applying light coats until you get the results you want.

Did you get the one with Acrylic in it? I know they make a couple of them and one has the stuff that coats the floor surface and that's what makes the joints gum up really good.

Yeah I'd *guess* that's it. They have changed that bottle like 10 times now so it's hard to be sure. The old one had "Future" or would say has an acrylic sealer in it on the label. If that's it, I'd put a second application on the pins and joints and just work them back and forth to let it seep down into them. Let it sit 24 hours before touching it. Worst case it doesn't work you can wash it off with hot water and get more serious with some crazy glue and work the joint while it dries so it doesn't seize up but tightens instead.

I got the straight up KO of MP36 2 years ago. I'm glad it hasn't had any of the issues that plagues the others.

Takara is known for their own QC issues, so no that isn't a sure win. Like I said before apart from the feet the IT-01 is fantastic.

15 hrs after application of Pledge Floor Gloss. :)

After a full 24 hrs I'll add a second coat just to make sure the joints are tight as possible. This stuff really works great.

Yet, this thread exists. As with any product someone buys and had issues with, the common practice is to bring it to light.

I love these ridiculous "y u by KO" comments. Clearly, nothing produced by Hasbro has ever had any QC or performance issues.

On topic, not owning the figure I don't know how heavy the feet are, but the future polish trick always worked for me on loose joints. As mentioned above, try doing a couple coats after waiting for them to dry.

With all due respect that's a lame reply. This wasn't purchased from fleabay by some rando seller. It was bought from a reputable online store and the figure itself was highly praised.

YES, I am 100% entitled to complain about this.

Last time I checked, it was ok to ask for help or to gripe about a problem with a figure you own if you're looking for help. These boards exist to inform, entertain and help people. Poking at each other isn't needed in here please so knock it off guys.

Sounds like this situation is resolved so we're going to close this one down.
