Had to send in my 360 a couple weeks ago for the RRoD. And I thought I had gotten everything out. Got my replacement today, plugged it up, went for Fifa 09 for a soccer fix..............and its not in its case. Not in any of the cases. I was almost positive I took it out. Oh well I guess.

 

Dang man. Try calling Microsoft about it.

 

they'll most likely tell you "tough shit" to be honest, i sent mine off recently, and all the paperwork said to only include the actual console, as anything else would not be returned. (even the box!)

still, it's worth a shot.

 

if you have the extended warranty they will replace the game just say its broken.

 

i think the point is he can't find the game.

 

gamestop. your only solution.

Yeah this wasnt really a thread about "what should i do", just mainly a statement of....."well crap....." and what stinks is about a week ago the targets around here were clearenceing the game out for like 15, but now none to be found. ahh well.
