Meet the new family car, Freez. My family likes to name our vehicles, and have named all of them so far. Here she is, a 2008 Honda CR-V AWD LX: We have a tendency to name our vehicles and the name fits, with the color being Glacier Blue Metallic: And here she is with the rest of the family fleet, my 2007 Honda Ridgeline (Brawn), my Mom's beloved 1998 Toyota Camry (Sandstinger), and their new CR-V: Here is a YouTube video I made of Freez:
Well, you're the one working on the designs of past and present models. You should know how their mechanics work and where parts go. Now, all I have to do is jump to the future about 75 years to learn the fuel-cell chemistry, micro-solenoids, cellular-based metals, and advanced nanotechnology. Then, jump back and have it all rebuilt and retrofitted into the vehicles to allow for full AI constructs and transformations.
Amen brother, I call my Lancer, with the giant Autobot sygil on the bonnet "Slider" after a rather amusing/scary incident.
That's great that the whole family likes to name the vehicles. That glacier blue metallic paint just doesn't show well in the pics, but I've seen it and it does indeed look real sharp. Great choice!
Well, my Mom and I do. And we are the ones who maintain the family vehicles. We named the car during the last test drive we had today.
I have a 1999 CR-V, I call it CuRV. How do you like the Ridgeline? I'm thinking of getting one, but I love the new Accord. Not sure what to get.
Sorry for such a late response, but I do love and wholeheartedly recommend the Ridgeline if you want a comfortable, reliable, and feature packed mid-sized truck. But, it isn't the greatest amongst the class when it comes to mileage. I've been consistently getting 15.6 MPG with mixed driving (30/70 highway/city). Ouch. The mileage, compiled with other problems with my truck, have me set on trading it in for a CR-V like my parent's bought. BUT, I'd hope to get the next trim level up (EX) because it would have similar features to my current Ridgeline. The EX has a temperature display on the driver's console, in-dash six CD changer (which I'd upgrade to a navigation system down the line), and other features. I'd like my CR-V in a different color, though.
