Have you ever seen a transformer with a weird alt mode(s)? If so, post it here. I'll start by listing a few.

RID Megatron/Galvatron
BWN Sling flower mode
Cybertron Shockwave claw mode

 

"Cybertron Shockwave claw mode"? (Not to be pedantic, but it's "ShockBLAST") Regardless, I was unaware that he had a "claw mode". I thought he was a triple changer whose alternate modes were a strange Cybertronian tank and a strange Cybertronian satellite.

The G1 Monsterbots. Doublecross turns into a two headed dragon which is cool but then you have Repugnus and Grotusque who transform from robot to bipedal cockroach man? A tiger gargoyle?

 

BM Botanica it turns into a plant with a face.

 

Apeface. Why the fuck it's a monkey to plane triplechanger?

Pretty much everything Quickswitch/Greatshot turns into other than a wolf is a weird, unintelligable mess.

 

Those bat things in season three that transform into missles. that was kinda weird.

Headmasters are weird compared to other *masters. though no where near as weird as the breastforce. by far the weirdest most nonsensical transformer gimmick to date.

cosmos being a UFO is kind of out there. i mean where did he get his scan from?

and finally, Cybertron Metroplexs alt mode while a real construction vehicle, a very odd looking 1 at that.

 

The only weird alt mode that I can think of is Magnatron's dinosaur centipede. Personally, I consider alt modes like RiD Megatron's hand mode to be ridiculously awesome.

 

Actually, there was a mini-con in Cybertron named Shockwave. Also, Shockblast does not have a claw mode.

Signal Lancer and Dispensor for turning into oddly useless alt modes.

Holy crap! He totally IS a gargoyle!!! I can't believe after all these years, I'm finally getting it now!  

I was always confused by his alt-mode... some kind of tiny-winged walrus-cat thing, with that weird gritty texture on his head. GARGOYLE! Wallpaper of the day: Gargoyles | Gargoyles wallpapers. Makes so much sense now!   As for Repugnus' cockroach-man thing... I have no idea. I mean, bug-man... alien... I guess he's some kind of monster, right?

Maybe that was his original Cybertronian mode? I mean, if your job is to spend all your time in space, why bother with a disguise?

Technically not a raccoon. More like a very tubby fox indigenous to Japan. I like the fact that he also has robo-testicles, and a sake bottle and buddhist scriptures that combine into a gun.  

I always saw him as a subtle Beastbox homage. What about Blot? Just what the hell IS he?? Or the Seacons... a bunch of marine life with arms and legs??

As for weird alt-modes, I know this isn't the official BW II Galvatron transformation, but I still consider this to be one for your nightmares:

Agreed on Blot, he's... whatever the hell he is. Up there with Rippersnapper's Vesharkiraptor alt mode.
